DEADLINE TO MAKE RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order shipping confirmation email to make a return.

You can return any product by bringing it to our store or sending the items on your own to our store, once received the return will be made.

For returns in store, the printed ticket is essential or show it on the screen of your mobile.

*The items you return must be in perfect condition, with a label and original packaging.

*You will not be able to return orders that contain personalized items.

The amount of the return will be returned by the same means that you used to pay for your purchase.

Once your return package arrives, the return will be processed between 1 and 3 business days.

The amount may take up to 14 days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank.
